Voting Begins for ChEnected in the Real World Contest

As part of our Get ChEnected and Win an iPad contest, we asked participants to illustrate how they experience ChEnected in the Real World.

The rules were simple:

  • Participants had to download the ChEnected logo, banner, or widget and use it in a photograph or video of their experience of being "ChEnected in the Real World".
  • Then, they had to upload the photo or video to Facebook or Twitter with the following phrase: "See how I experience @ChEnected in the Real World #WiniPad"
  • They could add additional information to describe their photo
  • Submissions were taken from June 10 through July 16, 2010

You can now vote for your favorite submission, but you can only vote once. If you submitted a entry yourself, feel free to vote for it!

What should you base your vote on?

It could be what you think is one of the most interesting examples of chemistry or chemical engineering in the real world. Or an example that you view as one of the most positive or inspiring examples of ChE? Or maybe you just like the photo! Whatever it is, take a look at all the examples (you can click on the photo to see a larger image), and then vote.

Remember, you can only VOTE ONCE but you can share this post or the voting page with friends or colleagues to help promote the example you like the best.

Voting Takes Place Between July 19 and July 31, 2010. Winner Announced in Early 2010.
