You Can’t Reach Critical Mass Without Chemical Engineers

Maybe you already knew this but AIChE's first Division was the Nuclear Engineering Division. There's a reason for that. I'm not a chemical engineer but what I learned from talking to members of the Division is that obtaining "the minimum mass of particular fissionable nuclide on a given volume required to sustain a nuclear chain reaction" is a chemical engineering challenge.

As the AIChE Annual Meeting approaches you can help ChEnected reach critical mass while ChEnected helps you get prepared for the meeting.

You can even get a FREE t-shirt. How?

It's easy, between now and November 4th 2010, just

'Like' us on Facebook or 'Follow' us on Twitter.

We'll be posting regular updates about the Meeting so you'll be able to keep up with what's going on. Look for posts from the Program Chairs and special guests (and even me).

I'll write a separate post about the details. ChEnected is already the place where chemical engineers mix it up. Now it's your update channel for the Annual meeting, too.
