The Mentoring Experience at Chevron


This is the first in a series of posts we'll be featuring about the mentoring experience. We sat down with several 2013 Spring Meeting attendees in San Antonio to hear their thoughts.

The participating mentees were all attending the meeting as part of the Bring A Young Colleague Program, which allows more senior chemical engineering professionals to bring younger members of their team at a substantially reduced rate. You can learn more about the program here.
