The client is facing increased competition from microbreweries and has already explored ways to penetrate the international market. However, this alone will not enable them to meet their current goals of increasing both sales and profits by 200% within the next five years.
The following are key problems and issues that the client brought to your consulting firm to develop various growth strategies:
