Hadi Mahabadi of Xerox Interviewed on Development of Emulsion Aggregation Toner

Robert Szczesniak, volunteer blogger for AIChE's ChEnected Community, interviewed Dr Hadi Mahabadi of Xerox Corporation on the development and commercialization of the company's emulsion aggregation toner technology.

Redesigning the development process in a way that focuses more closely on customers allowed Xerox to develop an improved product that reduces toner consumption for users but still responds to Xerox's business goals. You can watch the interview in the video panel at right.
