    Thanks for sharing. It brings back fond memories when I was an undergrad at University of Idaho, helping a wheelchair-bound graduate student measure water content in potatoes for research funded by Ore-Ida. My thermo final also had a "food" question – how quickly does black coffee cool compared to a cup with milk added?
