Describe a recent challenge you managed, notable achievement, or obstacle you overcame at your job or in your work as an AIChE member.
I had the pleasure of being the AIChE Student Chapter President at UC Irvine in 2013 and one challenge I had to face was growing our organization. Our membership base increased 200% during my presidency.
What do you do to meet people in your field?
I attend conferences and seminars in the area, and try to network as much as I can.

I would like to invite ChemEs to start networking and get to know as many people as possible in their field. There is always something new to learn.
