The "Go Slow to Go Fast" comic was inspired by my experience in large capital project activity with DuPont, and the fantastic learning opportunity I had working with one of DuPont's best Project Managers, a good friend, colleague, and mentor, Jerry McAfee. He became hugely successful by applying this and other basic yet often overlooked project principles. I hope he doesn't mind the way the character looks “on screen”, the satire of his name, and reference to golfing….. Please enjoy.
