After a thriving career in educational leadership, technology innovation, and organizational development, Natalie joined AIChE five years ago, supporting AIChE’s Academy and the Institute for Learning and Innovation before leveraging her expertise in change management and organizational strategy more broadly across the organization. 

With impressive academic and industry experience, Natalie is currently dedicated to developing and nurturing AIChE’s innovation engine and chemical manufacturing community, Advanced Manufacturing Innovation (AMI) as the Director of Innovation. 

Natalie continues to teach graduate level classes at Rutgers University, and yoga as a Yoga Alliance Certified 300 RYT instructor. In her free time, Natalie enjoys traveling with her family and exploring global cuisine and cultural traditions.

The advanced manufacturing sector is facing some substantial obstacles to address industry-trending challenges such as unreliable supply chain, AI impact, and retirement-driven workforce decline. The good news is that help is on the horizon. AIChE is making advanced manufacturing a priority focus and is doing so with its newest strategic initiative, Advanced Manufacturing Innovation (AMI for short).
